Highly trained improvement coordinators and specialist provide training and support in the following areas to meet the needs of teachers and administrators in Orange County:

• develop communication and coaching skills for leading and facilitating groups;
• building and sustaining Professional Learning Communities (PLC);
• exploring and implementing Response to Intervention/Instruction (RtI²);
• assisting schools and districts in development, review and revision for the LEA and single school plans Regional System of District and School Support (RSDSS);
• training schools and districts on the use of the California Department of Education improvement tools;
• providing technical assistance to Program Improvement (PI) schools and districts(RSDSS);
• providing technical assistance and support to districts in PI year 3 Corrective Action District Assistance and Intervention Team (DAIT);
• building and developing strong School Leadership Teams (SLT);
• provide technical assistance and monitoring to schools participating in Quality Education Investment Act (QEIA);
• providing technical assistance and support to state monitored schools School Assistance and Intervention Team (SAIT).
